FASS Packaging designed, manufactured, co-packed and fulfilled Monsanto's roll out of Round-Up and Greensweep during the first five years of retail sales in the USA. For this project we utilized a concealed, printed, hand truck friendly paper pallet base and employed specialized processes to allow Monsanto to use their existing printed cartons.


Paper Pallets
FASS Packaging designed and manufactured (for over 25 years) the shipping base used to transport Hostess (formerly Continental Baking and Interstate Brands) Mini Muffins from their Indianapolis baking facility to the rest of the world.


Equipment Packaging
True Fitness Technologies trusted FASS Packaging to design, manufacture and manage inventory for their premium treadmill and elliptical trainer lines. We also designed and managed inventory for all of their service items.


OEM Packaging
FASS Packaging provided a universal package (corrugated, honeycomb and Fibre/Core®) to Copeland Corporation for all of their service reciprocating compressors (40-90 lbs.). Our design allowed Copeland to package nearly 3,500 different configurations in a single pack.


Emerson utilized die-cut Fibre/Core® as a top pad in their motor packs allowing part containment when other materials failed (Homasote® and plastic trays). Our 150-ton die press allows us to cut and crush full size panels of 150 psi flat compression material in one step.
